Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery

    Cash on Delivery is supported in both Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In Saudi Arabia, payment is collected by the courier upon delivery. In Qatar, payment is collected by store staff during home delivery. The staff will carry a POS terminal, allowing for payment methods other than cash.

Credit/Debit Card And Google Pay/Apple Pay

Credit/Debit Card

    When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code. This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, must be entered during the purchase process. We accept the credit/debit cards listed above.

    Please note that Hibobi does not save your credit/debit card number or personal information entered into the payment fields when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on your credit/debit card, please consult the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

Apple Pay/Google Pay

    We support both Apple Pay and Google Pay for a fast, secure, and convenient checkout experience.

  • To use Apple Pay, please ensure that you are browsing with Safari on an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac), or using our iOS App. Apple Pay is only supported on Apple platforms and may not appear as a payment option if accessed from other browsers or devices.

  • To use Google Pay, please ensure you are using the Chrome browser on an Android device, or using our Android App. Google Pay is only available for users who have it enabled and set up in their Google account.

    Please note that the availability of these payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, and region. If you do not see the Apple Pay or Google Pay option at checkout, please try switching to the appropriate device or browser.

Tamara Split Payments

    We support Tamara installment payments to provide you with a flexible and convenient checkout experience.

    Please note: Tamara only supports payments in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Payments in Qatari Riyal (QAR) are not supported, so this option is only available for orders with SAR as the checkout currency.

    At checkout, simply select Tamara as your payment method to split your total into installments. Exact terms and installment details are provided by Tamara during the payment process. If you do not see the Tamara option, it may be due to your selected region or currency. Please make sure your checkout currency is set to SAR and you’re using a supported device and browser.

Order Confirmation and Payment Processing

    Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Order processing time may vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
