How to delete your account on the mobile app

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at service@hibobi.com. Your request will be processed within 5 days.

Currently, we has the feature that allows your users to delete their accounts that are registered on the mobile app whenever they want.

Follow these quick steps to remove your account permanently:

Open the mobile app and log into your account.

Tap on the Account icon --> Select Personal Information --> Scroll down and tap Delete Account.


Confirm your choice to complete the deletion process.
